I have applied for US passport which is more than 12 weeks now but still I have not got my passport yet. The Customer server 800 phone number could not be reached at all time and you will hear a message that says" Due to very high demand in US passpot processing all our customer rep is very busy and your call will not be answerd at this time" I tried more than 100 times late night, eraly morning, regular business hrs but nothing worked.
Any suggestion and how to expedite to get my passport?
